It says BeStrong and it really means "be strong"! My trainer Aleks is watching out for me and i can push my limits! One of my goals is to keep being uncomfortable. If you can optimize your body and your mental state to being constantly uncomfortable and pushing the limits, you are always ready for challenges - in all aspects of life. I have a start up company. So in my work it's all about survival and BeStrong is definitely helping me with that.

My whole life I was underweight and very weak. When I started exercising with BeStrong i wasn't able to do one single push up. The training changed everything. Now i have a fitter and healthier body and now I can do push-ups! I also gained new confidence in my whole body language. Since I train i'm much happier and want to exercise more and more.

The BeStrong trainers are incredibly professional! Their level of focus on posture, diet and how they exercise brought a massive change of my mindset.
